HOW TO SPIN
ひもの巻き方と投げ方を覚えて、投げごまを回してみましょう。
安全に楽しむために
人や物から十分に離れ、広く安全な場所で練習してください。最初は大人や経験者と一緒に行うことをおすすめします。

ひもの準備
ひもの端から5～10mmほどの位置に結び目を作り、こまの上の芯棒に引っかけます。難しい場合は、ひきとけ結びで輪を作る方法もあります。

ひもを巻く
こまを横向きに持ち、最初に芯棒へ2～3回巻きます。芯棒の根元はしっかり巻き、外周に近づくにつれて少しずつ力を抜きながら巻きます。

こまを持つ
こまを中指の上にのせ、親指と人差し指で軽く支えます。ひじに余計な力が入らないよう、特に親指を伸ばして持ちます。

投げる
左足を前に出し、ひじを伸ばして、こまが体の近くを通るようにします。こまを外側へ約45度傾け、腕だけでなく腰の回転も使って投げます。
